The Master of Biomedical Innovation (MBioInno) programme aims to address the growing global demand for skilled professionals in developing and translating innovative biomedical and health technology from laboratory to the market and clinics. The programme is designed to equip students with both theoretical and advanced knowledge, as well as practical skills in the field of cellular and molecular sciences and digital health technology.

Capstone Project and Industry Internship
The capstone project or industry internship provides students with valuable practical experience to advance their career in the industry or further studies.
Students should choose one option where the project should be designated as Capstone (CMB) or Capstone (DHT).

Students can choose to pursue an industry internship with our industry partners (available to full-time students only) or undertake an R&D project, in the form of a capstone report, with an HKUMed academic staff.
